Each piece at AKrazyMug is handmade, therefore making all our pieces unique in size and shape with its own personality. Even with sets, the individuality of each piece is expected. The base of the product is wood. The sculptures are handmade by finest clay and then baked to make it sturdy and strong.It is then hand-painted with food safe colors and finally top coated to preserve its beauty.

You can return the product and ask for refunds. If there is a damage in transit, a pic will help you to get either refunds or a new item. I cannot be happy if my customer is not happy, ultimately I want you to be my friend than a customer..

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent) – Yes possible - please note - that there is non-refundable 10%.
Lost Packages:
Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1.5 month from posting date. We would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
